I've bought computers through your company over the last several years on the recommendation of the guys from Top Echelon (of which I am a member / customer). I've always felt I received outstanding service and attention when I've needed it. This morning was a prime example. One of my workstations was down and I walked in a couple of minutes before 9:00. I explained my problem to Vince and he took my machine into the back. About 10 minutes later, he came out and said it was fixed. The repair cost was reasonable and the service unmatched. I was back in my office within 30 minutes of leaving, which is critical to a small business like mine.
