Intel Celeron Systems Warranty

A complete system is a computer that is assembled and burned in by NCI. In order for your computer to be classified under the NCI complete system warranty it must meet the following determining factors. Everything necessary including A mother board,CPU, Memory, Video card, IDE or other HDD controller, hard drive, Operating system software and a housing case. . If you purchased all the above items above but assembled them yourself you do not qualify for the complete system warranty.

2. NCI (NATIONAL COMPUTER INC.) Warrants the contents of the computer case (excluding add on components such as CD-ROM drives, Monitors, Tape backups ,etc. Add on components are warranted 1 year by NCI and may be warranted longer by the manufacturer) for one year on parts and one year on labor from date of original invoice under normal use. 3. Technical Support is available at 1-800-896-1133 for the life of the computer system purchased from NCI. Technical support is available on hardware and operating system software listed on the original invoice only. Components and software purchased from other companies will not be supported by NCI.

4. Systems returned for a refund must be received here at NCI no later than thirty days from the date on the original invoice. All returns must be shipped in their original packaging and include all manuals and components. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all working returns. Shipping charges are non- refundable. Custom configured systems are not refundable.

5. Keyboards, Monitors and mice are warranted for one year from date of original invoice date. Some monitors, keyboards and mice have a longer warranty period in which the longer warranty would apply.

6. NCI system warranties are valid only to the original purchaser and upheld only under normal use and service.NCI will not be responsible for information on you hard drive. Backup before you send your unit back!

NORMAL USE

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from alterations, assembly, negligence, accidents, misuse, abuse, improper power source, improper operating environment, or repairs and service rendered by anyone other than a service representative authorized by National Computer Inc. , or perils such as war, fire, theft, water or vandalism.

All other express and implied warranties for the merchandise, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.If this system is not in good working order as warranted above, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided above. In no event will National Computer Inc. be liable to the customer or any third party for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the merchandise. This Limitation applies to damages of any kind including any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, lost savings or other special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages whether for breach of contract, tort or otherwise or whether arising out of the use of or inability to use such system. Even if National Computer Inc. or an authorized National Computer Inc. representative or dealer has been advised of the possibility of such damages or of any claim by any other party. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for some products, so the limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.No cash refunds on component sales.
